Essential Responsibilities & Requirements: Market and sell Ortho Development’s (Total Joint Line) products to Orthopedic Surgeons.
Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
Represent both La Jolla and our partners in a manner that exemplifies both success and integrity.
Represent the technical aspects of the technology by networking and supporting a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Communicate and market products to new and existing customers within territory.
Identify sales leads, and cease opportunity for sales growth.
Thoroughly understand the products specifications of both our manufacturers products, along with our main competitors.
Support and maintain compliance within the principles of AdvaMed.
3+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in total joints reconstruction sales.
Ability to thrive in operating room environments.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeon and health care professionals
