Specific Responsibilities:	The clinical specialist in the designated county will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to expand Ortho Development’s product utilization within the defined location.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:	Lead sales calls with Orthopedic Surgeons. Promote dialogue regarding the clinical qualities of the products with surgeons, surgical technicians and other staff. Establish relationships and partner with Orthopedic Surgeons. Lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives of high complexity and impact. Conduct opportunity analysis to align and best utilize your efforts to zone in on appropriate sales targets. Support pricing and contract negotiations with hospital supply chain professionals. Sell the line’s products.
